Questions and Answers
Your Questions, Answered
How quickly can I get my macarons?
Macarons are made to order, which means the oven is not turned on until your order is complete.
Orders exceeding 4 dozen will likely require additional time, and I will reach out to coordinate timing.
Orders received by 2pm will be made within 3 business days. ie: order on Monday, made by Thursday afternoon and available for delivery or pick up. For shipped orders, once baked, boxes will be shipped via UPS with a 1-2 day estimated delivery time.

If you need sooner, please reach out and I will let you know if I can make it work!

How are the macarons shipped?
Macarons are shipped via UPS Ground and delivery is expected within 1-2 day days in Illinois from Chicago. Additionally, ice packs are included in each shipment.Â
Great care is taken to make these delicate cookies arrive at your doorstep in tact and fresh.
What if my shipped order arrives damaged?
If you notice the box is damaged, refuse delivery and contact UPS to report. Please also take a picture for me so I can document it as well. I truly do make every effort to keep them secure, but it is of course always a possibility that cookies could arrive with some damage.Â
Unfortunately, it is just a risk that is part of shipping and I am not able to control what happens when they get in the hands of the shipper.
Are all of the cookies gluten free?
No, but a vast majority are. Of course, all of the cookies are made in a kitchen that does process gluten however, so please be aware.Â
Cookies containing gluten are denotated in the product description. But, I love my GF community, so I try to make as many offerings as possible safe.
Can I order ahead?

Can I order a flavor that is not listed on the menu?

How do I keep my purchases fresh?
Cookies should be refrigerated upon receipt in an airtight container (a gallon size ziploc bag works too). They will remain fresh for 4-5 days, usually a bit longer. Or, if they will not be consumed right away, place in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.Â
Whether refrigerated or frozen, allow cookies to come to room temperature prior to enjoying.
Can I customize my order?
Of course! Not see something on the menu you want, please reach out to share what you have in mind and I can share what is possible (or not). A surcharge may occur for customized orders.
How do I store Macarons?
Place in the refrigerator upon receiving. Macarons in an airtight container (or ziploc bag) will remain fresh for 4-5 days. Or, they may be frozen in an airtight container or bag for up to 2 months.Â
Please bring cookies to room temperature (20-30 minutes) before serving!
